Please remember that these Terms of Service may be subject to change at any time. You are subject to all ToS at the time of payment of your order.
All orders are sent to E1Alpha Creative Works, located in Belgium, with BTW/VAT BE0415.263.730. Should you wish to contact us through our website’s contact form or by sending a message to e1alpha.commission@gmail.com with any questions, requests, complaints, etc…
Ownership
Please note that unless otherwise stated, all text and images featured on both our products and platform are the intellectual property of E1Alpha Creative Works.
Designs, texts, images belonging to another Intellectual Property will be listed and credited clearly on the relevant pages, such as the product page. Any questions or complaints in regards to this may be redirected to e1alpha.commissions@gmail.com.
Orders
You will be required to create an account on e1alpha.com to be able to place orders. By placing an order, you confirm that you are over the age of 18. If you are below the age of 18, then please consult someone of 18 or older to place the order.
We reserve the right to refuse any order and subsequent payment for any reason, including but not limited to the client being younger than 18, not providing adequate information for us to complete your order, inappropriate client behaviour or breaking the Terms of Service.
Please note that we have a limited supply at any time. Should an article be out of stock, you will not be able to order the item, but you may contact us to inquire when and if a restock will occur. If an article is listed as Out of Print, then we will not be able to fulfill any additional orders of the item.
Should an article go out of stock after you ordered it, then we will inform you of this and either deliver the item at a slight delay, or cancel the order for you, as per your preference.
Payment
All prices represented in our webshop are shown per article and will include a VAT of 21% as per Belgian law. Please note that this VAT may differ for anyone ordering outside the European Union.
Delivery costs are not included in our displayed price, and will be calculated for your order depending on the size and weight of your order, as well as the country of the recipient.
All payments for webshop orders will be processed through Stripe, and all payments methods supported by them at the time of your order.
Payment is to happen at the moment you confirm your order. No order will be fulfilled until the entire order and delivery has been paid for.
Delivery
Deliveries will be provided by Intime Delivery NL.
Delivery terms are only calculated from the moment your order has been sent out. It does not include processing, packaging and eventual reprinting time.
Delivery terms are subject to the country of the recipient. All orders will include Track and Trace to be able to follow up on the current status of your order.
As of June 2026, we can only fulfill orders to countries part of the European Union.
Should your order be delayed due to a reason on our end, such as requiring additional reprinting time or resupplying packaging material, you will be informed about this as soon as possible.
If your order is delayed due to an issue in transit, we will do all we can to help you with this, but we are beholden to our delivery partner for this.
Recall and return Policy
By Belgian law, all customers are entitled to a 14 day period since the day of delivery to rescind your order at no additional cost and without aforementioned reason.
Customer cannot practice this right under the following exceptions:
- After the completion and delivery of your order, with your clear receiving and accepting of your order. By accepting your order upon delivery and confirming it is in good condition, you recognize you waive your right to the recall policy.
- The delivery of goods of which the price may be influenced by fluctuations of the economic market where our company has no control over that may occur within the 14 day period.
- The delivery of customized and/or personalized orders.
- The delivery of digital goods which are not delivered upon physical media, which the client has officially put to use and thus has agreed to waive their right to the 14 day recall policy.
If you wish to use the 14 day recall policy, you may decide to return your order within 14 days of delivery. The costs of the return will have to be paid by you. We request that you inform E1Alpha Creative Works within 14 days at the moment you decide to use your right to recall. You are required to include all documentation pertaining to the delivery that you received in the return order, including the printed order details. You are required to send your return order to us within 14 days of your notification that you wish to invoke your right to recall. E1Alpha Creative Works will refund your purchase within 14 days after receiving your returned goods and confirming the state of your products. Should your returned product be damaged or incomplete, we reserve the right to charge you for any damages incurred by E1Alpha Creative Works due to the damage product, and/or may refuse any future services.
Should you receive a damaged or incomplete product, please contact E1Alpha Creative Works within two years of receiving your package. Please note that this warranty does not apply to extremely minor damage, or a replacement or refund out of scope. Please include your order information as well as picture evidence of any damaged goods. Upon confirmation of the order, E1Alpha Creative Works will either offer to replace any damaged or missing goods. If replacement is not possible, E1Alpha Creative Works will offer a partial to full refund depending on the amount of damaged or missing products.
Replacements will be sent through a channel of E1Alpha Creative Works’ choosing.
Accountability
E1Alpha Creative Works cannot be held accountable in any way, with the exception of cases of deliberate or grave errors on our part, or of those acting in our stead. If a part of these terms, to which both parties agree upon, are declared invalid or illegal for any reason, this does not nullify the validity of any of the other parts of these terms, except if they would become invalid without the part of the terms declared invalid or illegal.
Digital media, correspondence and back-ups can be used as valid evidence.
This agreement is subject to Belgian law, with the exception of international decrees that would direct to other legal systems, as well as international degrees pertaining to international terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions have been set up under Belgian law, and all desputes will be handled within a Belgian court of law.
