Delivery
Deliveries will be provided by Intime Delivery NL.
Delivery terms are only calculated from the moment your order has been sent out. It does not include processing, packaging and eventual reprinting time.
Delivery terms are subject to the country of the recipient. All orders will include Track and Trace to be able to follow up on the current status of your order.
As of June 2026, we can only fulfill orders to countries part of the European Union.
Should your order be delayed due to a reason on our end, such as requiring additional reprinting time or resupplying packaging material, you will be informed about this as soon as possible.
If your order is delayed due to an issue in transit, we will do all we can to help you with this, but we are beholden to our delivery partner for this.
Should you receive a damaged or incomplete product, please contact E1Alpha Creative Works within two years of receiving your package. Please note that this warranty does not apply to extremely minor damage, or a replacement or refund out of scope. Please include your order information as well as picture evidence of any damaged goods. Upon confirmation of the order, E1Alpha Creative Works will either offer to replace any damaged or missing goods. If replacement is not possible, E1Alpha Creative Works will offer a partial to full refund depending on the amount of damaged or missing products.
Replacements will be sent through a channel of E1Alpha Creative Works’ choosing.
